When it comes to scalable tech, we're pretty open-minded. However, there are a few areas we just won't touch: anything to do with cannabis, real estate, cybersecurity, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or any business that's immoral or illegal. If it doesn't fall into those categories and passes our vetting process, then it's fair game!

When it comes to how we invest, we're strictly sticking to Active Equity and Convertible Notes. We absolutely won't be investing in SAFE notes..

We typically invest at the Pre-Seed and Seed stages. We might jump into a Series A round sometimes if it's a really good fit. Our investment checks usually range from $25K to $250K per deal, and we keep some extra cash on hand for follow-on investments and to exercise our pro-rata rights.

We're specifically targeting startups that have the potential to deliver a 10x return on investment within a relatively short timeframe – we're looking for an exit horizon of 2 to 5 years, and definitely not beyond that. This focus on aggressive growth and a clear path to liquidity is key to our investment strategy.
